We ask that you undertake some preparation before coming to the group, by reading one of the books by Charlotte Joko Beck listed under Readings and beginning to establish a sitting practice at home.   When you contact us, please provide some basic information about yourself and your practice background so we can advise you appropriately.     
 

There is no charge for participation in the first months although you are welcome to use our donation box.   Membership of the group is available after a period of regular participation and involves payment of an annual membership fee.
